Default NGK UR55's is this a colder plug for the integra LS?

they were like $2 a plug...seems kinda cheap to me.
and the guy said to gap them to 0.044, he looked it up on the computer
is this the right plug and gap?

bkr7e i think is the right plug (i think)
gap, around 30? i'm not sure.

Yes, NGK BKR7E. Should be about $1.99 a plug.

so it is the same for all LS's?
I just want to make sure before I buy another set of plugs.
This is the right colder plug for a 97 Integra LS.
and gap is .30?

Most people say 30 because they are too lazy to say .030
