Default best tool to use to cut plastic

what are you guys using to cut the plastic bumper? i need to cut the holes out for the fog lights.

Dremmel, Dremmel, or a Dremmel. With the cutting wheel attachment. (basically a circular piece of very hard sand paper). Will cut through plastic very quickly, but you have to pick away at some of the pieces you cut off, cuz the plastic bumper has a tendancy to melt with the wheel.

ok ya ive tried the cut off wheel on a grinder but it got too hot and just melted the plastic back together. i dont have a dremel but im gona try a die grinder.

no, use a drimmel. if you dont have one, either use a tiny hack saw...thats it.

If you use something that has too wide of an edge (a cut off wheel on a dremmel is about 1mm or less), you will tear apart the plastic bumper.
