It's a replacement B-pipe for EX models that gets rid of the catalytic converter (also known as a "test pipe"). You will throw an engine code for your secondary oxygen sensor, if you install it (unless you have some method to reduce the fuel amount that the secondary oxygen sensor will pick up). Thus, it will make your car not pass emissions.

From a performance perspective, you may gain up to .000001 whp from it, with a good tune.
