Default why wont my car start?!?!?

ok....so i used to have a d15b1 in my hatch. but the rings went bad. so i bought a d16a1. and i put my dpfi intake mani. on the d16a1. but i got everything pluged in right. and it started up the first try. so when the motor was on, it smoked really bad. an i bought some new fuel injectors, then i put those in and my car ran really good for a minute, then smoke started shooting out the the exhust and smoke was coming from the head gasket. so i putted the head off, threw the new gasket in there, and the timing was off and i started it up, i bent the vavles, so then i put on my std head. and got the timing just perfect. but now it wont even go. and i bought a new cap and rotor for it. and im getting spark.

but, right now heres what im thinking. back when i had my stock motor in. whenever i would stall my car it wouldnt start back up. it made a weird sound. and right now its making that sound. and i know that my main relay switch is bad. cause thats why it wouldnt start up. and i havent tried to get one yet. im getting one in a few hours. but i just want to hear other people options. thanks

So, the starter isn't turning? Sounds like a main relay to me too. Also check to make sure that your fuses (there are 2) for the starting system are good, and that there are no breaks in the wiring from the battery to the starter.

well i know or a fact that the starter is turning, cause i just put a new one in there, cause the old one broke. so you guys think its the main relay?? but what fuses are you talking about??

If you're turning over, getting spark, and the spark is timmed right, than you're not getting fuel. main relay will be the first culprit, after that, check the fuel filter, followed by the fuel pump.

Yes, the main relay controls the fuel pump and the fuel injectors.
