im still working on my mini project, fitting a b18c4 and turbo into an old mini,

im trying to fit the whole wiring loom from the honda,


im having trouble identifying something,



in this photo, the big thick wire and box, can someone tell me where it goes to?
its broken off from somewhere, i dont know if it goes to the battery terminal or the alternator, or somewhere else, because the ends missing

please let me know if you know what this does, and the fuse, it might be something i dont need,

that sort of looks like a battery ground cable. defintely something to do with a very high amp circuit.

ive had a look and that would make sense for it to go to the battery, its just the right length,
do you think its a ground wire then? id love to know if the whole things needed,

ive been trying to find out if any of my friends know anyone with a b18 civic so i can find out

theres so many wires i dont think i need, but i want to hear it running before i start stripping wires out

 

since it's black, it looks like the main ground wire to the battery, but it's hard to tell without being there or seeing where it came from on the original car. Being that large a wire, it probably ran from the battery ground terminal to the starter or something like that.

its white underneath the sleve,
ive been looking through the crx workshop manuals and i think that all whites are live,
so im going to run it to the main fusebox.



its been such a difficult job for me this wiring, but im convinced its the best idea to fit the whole honda loom, and then at a later date splice out the wires i dont need



I tried to upload my maps to the Hondata yesterday, everythings connected, but when its plugged in im getting no response on the computer, and also when i try start the car the engine management light is permanently on,
i dont know what to try first so im just looking for the pin outputs for the ecu so i can check if its getting a live
