What can I do about this scratch on bumper?

There is an area of scratches, paint cracks and chips on the rear bumper corner. No dents. some small rough areas on the left side in the picture.
How do you fix this?
Don't want to paint the whole bumper since the other paint is great, is spot painting ok?
I am thinking of prepping/painting it myself or prep it and bring it to a body shop or maaco to spot paint it. I don't want to spend too much money.
I would need a spray can. The paint code is NH-583M. Does the factory code make the paint color different? NH-583M-S? Does the clear coat need to come from the same company of the paint?
So what can I do? What type of filler should I use? What type of primer? Anything else I need for prep/paint besides those and the Basecoat Spray Can, sandpaper, putty knife?

Well, by your questions,, it sounds like ur in over your head a little bit. If you dont want to spend money, just minimze it. You can wetsand and buff the scuffs, and touch up where the paint came off. Go get a bottle of touch up paint from the factory or any automotive paint store probably can help you with that.
If your going to take it to a bodyshop, DONT TAKE IT TO MAACO!!!! most bodyshops wont want u too prep it yourself, because if you dont do it right, and the paint comes off, its on them!
If your going to paint it your selp,
1.you have to feather edge it the damage out(spider cracks, paint peel etc.) i wouldnt go any less than 320 grit, ---i cant tell if there are any low spots or not--- if there are, you need to fill them with either a putty or plastic filler. your paint store can point you in the right direction
2.spray adhesion promoter on the plastic, and then spray a 2k filler primer. You prob wont need a flex additive, but it never hurts.
3.after that dries(read the can for dry times) sand it down with 600 grit wet on a block. 4.sand the rest of the bumper with 1000 grit. If you want to clear blend, then its a whole different story.
5.BE very clean with all of this by the way. use wax and grease remover or ammonia based glass cleaner.
6. cover your primer spot with your color and then blend out the paint.
- Your code is the right code, but beware there are several alternates for the specific code. check with your paint store again.
7. then you can clear the whole bumper. two coats is plenty!
- you need a spot clear with a med hardner and possibly a reducer. again the paint store can be more specific.
well i hope this helps. Good luck. Oh yeah you can also bring it to me and ill fix it for you.

Give polishing/rubbing compound a try. The minor scratches may come off with some luck. I don't recommend using a buffer or a clay bar from my personal experience.
