so i installed some new infinity reference tweeters in my car (aftermarket deck, no amp, no subs, simple system). first i get some engine noise. then after 5 minutes, all sound is off, but my head unit is still on. just no sound, not even from my other speakers. so i took the tweeters out and everything is fine.

are the tweeters broken? or are they just no compatible for some reason? too low of an ohm or something?
