ZC swap??
Ok so I bought a 88 Integra 4 door I was goin to use as a daily, but it needs too much work. I bought a CB7 accord instead and was thinking about selling the Integra. My question is how different is the D16A1 from the ZC? I heard the ZC swap is almost plug and play in most EFs. Is the D16A1 the same? If it is I am a huge EF hatch fan and would love to buy another one. Is it worth it to keep the car untill I can find a good deal on a hatch?
the d16a1 is not the same. completely different engine mount setup. i saw a picture floating around here of somebody who had made it work somehow but for all intensive purposes it won't work and is not considered a zc.
i hate how people say PLUG AND PLAY for a zc into a ef. I did the swap last month, removed d15 replaced with zc... took about 1 day to remove old engine and put zc in (same day ~12 hours).
Resistor Box

Harness Conversion
I forget what else off the top of my head but that alone wasnt 'plug in play' (especially wiring harness, if you suck at soldering then forget it haha... well at least if you are OCD about cleanness looking and OEM style.)
