So im just getting my 94 civic out for the summer. Over the winter i replaced my old projector headlights with a new set, and put my HID's into that. The problem is.... once the headlights are on its fine.... but when i try and shut them off, the headlights stay ON... the corner lights and taillights will shut off but the headlights wont. If i flick the highbeams on those will stay on aswell... would the GROUND plug on the driverside near the headlight have anything to do with it... are the lights switched on and off the - negative side of the wire or the + positive side of the wire?..... I didnt have thise problem before i switch the headlights out... so thats what confusses me..

your completing the circuit somewhere, start tracing wiring and see what is shorting out.
