Hey, just wondering if it would fit and if there would be any benefits to putting a 88-89 integra intake manifold and throttle body on a D16Y8 in place of the D16A6 one in my '91 STD?

no, use the y8 intake manifold.the y8 is the best d intake mani.............

if you get one, get the 5 speed only!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

I have the 5 speed Si tranny, and also the Si 90-91 intake manifold...

I want to know if the 88 to 89 intake manifold from a TEG is better than the one I have...

 

he meant get the intake mani from a 5-speed equiped d16y8

if it's a zc equiped teg, I don't think there's any difference between Intake manifolds

whats the difference between the auto and the manual intake manifold?

 

I think it's somthing to do with the throttle cable bracket, and probably some different electronics too.

 

the auto has the iac on the throttle body,the iac on the manual is on the intake itself,just like the a6 and z6.

 

Anybody knows about he 88-89 integra intake manifold?

I know that the y8 manifold is the best, but the wiring isn't
