fuel leak, f22b2, 95 accord wagon lx
so i have a fuel leak coming from my fuel rail i believe. although it's hard to pin point where the leak originates from because there's so much fuel dripping form all sides and lengths of the fuel rail front and back. i can't even run my motor for a minute and there's a huge puddle of gas building up on top of the IM.
has anybody else encountered this problem? i'm not a very mechanical person so i don't even know where to begin on fixing this issue. i'm looking for some help please. thanks!

Clean it up and have a second person to start up the car while you watch where it's spraying from. It could be the line around the Fuel Rail, rail itself, injector, etc.
ok, so i confirmed it's the fuel rail. i talked to a mechanic and he was saying that i should tighten down the bolts that are on the fuel rail, i haven't touched anything yet, but i wanted to get a second opinion before i start cranking away.
If your mechanic said to tighten down the rail then go ahead and do it. It won't hurt anything to tighten it up if it's loose. I've never seen a rail come loose from the intake and leak though. Did he say if it was all the injectors that were leaking or just one or two?
well the mechanic didn't actually look at my car. i spoke to him over the phone. i'd have to pay for him to even come by and check it out for diagnostics. the car leaks so much it went through a half tank in one day and i don't want to drive it anywhere. but i tightened down the bolts and still no success. i took a second look and it seems as if the leak is coming from the bottom of the fuel rail. would that mean it would have to be one or two of the injectors?
I would have to assume that it is the injector O-rings. Remove the fuel rail and injectors so you can replace the 4 O-rings on the ends of the injectors. it's a fairly easy job if you have basic tools. Metric of course!

Probably not, if your fuel is leaking that badly I would have to assume that there isn't very much pressure left in the rail.
Just as a precaution you could put a wrench on the banjo bolt (fuel line- fuel rail fitting) than wrap the bolt and wrench both with a rag. Loosen the bolt and the rag will stop any fuel from spraying. That's how I relieve the pressure anyway.

alright, so it turned out to be the o-ring on the #2 injector... i had to buy a injector seal kit for $10 just for the small o-ring at the top of the injector. thanks for all the help guys! i appreciate it! the wagon is officially back on the streets! holler!
