Ok here's my set up currently:

• Kicker ks650 components up front
• Infiniti Kappa 6.5" components in the rear
• Kenwood MP4028 Deck
• Alpine mrp f240 4ch. amp
• 12" Phoenix gold RSD 12d 4ohm dual voice coil sub in a ported box (not sure on the cubes, i wanna say between 1-1.5 cubic inches)

But I have no amp for the sub currently... I'm looking for something that will power it well, with out massive amounts of clipage. something that will power it enough to give it clean, deep bass, not loud cloudy gross sounding bass... you guys know what i mean.

What you mentioned has nothing to do with the amp and more to do with the box.

Get a sundown 1000

Pull the components providing the rear-fill and just bridge the amp to your sub of choice.
