I was a little surprised to find no plug and wire recommendations when I searched this forum. (Perhaps my search strings were bad.) So, I'm asking.

What are your recommendations on plugs and wires? Engine is normally aspirated with the stock coil and distrubitor (and its staying that way). Engine is a D16Y8. I'm willing to pay a reasonable premium for wires that aren't quite as "consumable" as the OEM ones. In the plug department, I'm looking for the normal price/performance/life tradeoff.

Stock wires, but if you want to replace them, get the NGK's, they are a blue set and fit perfect. For plugs I use NGK's too.

 

NGK Power Cables or Ultra 8mm if you don't like blue

NGK Iriway 7s or HKS Super Racing S35i Iridiums work well with lightly modded B16As.

 

Honda wires unless they are in bad shape, otherwise just keep them.
