Alpine 7941 head unit wired into harness (89 lx sedan) front preamp into an alpine eq, using the speaker outs from that for now. The eq is run straight from the battery, both the head unit and eq are grounded at the bolt holding the radio console in at the bottom. Getting a ticking noise through the speakers, it gets faster as the rpms go up. Running ngk resistor plugs so wtf? Thanks.
