How do I get OR is there any way to get the TB on a DP to open up 100% ?

Seen someone on here talking about removing something?

you can remove the lower butterfly in the DP manifold and it breaths better but theres a lag as soon as you drop the clutch at high rpms. doing so took half a second off my quarter mile in my 91 rex dx. as far as 100% throttle position you can get close but u wont hit 100
