When you buy the ones with the wire harness, where do you connect them to?

 

Depends, fuse panel or splice them into your turn signals...

 

If you buy the harnesess from jhpusa, no splicing is necessary. Plug-n-play, functions like oem.

The side markers plug into the jhpusa harness. The corner lamps also plug into that harness. The jhpusa harness plugs into the car harness where the corner lamps plug into. Don't overthink this...it's really easy. Having this harness meant the hardest part to installing the side markers was cutting the fenders. Trust me, it's worth it to not have mickey-moused wiring. BTW, by "functions like oem", I mean that the side markers only flash when the signals are on. They don't come on with the parking lights.

Thanks for the information, that's where I was confused. I was thinking that there was an extra plug in the car harness like for the fog lights.
