any 90-91 civic guages will fit plug and play. Just find one with a tach and you're good!

I'm sure you could find info on this if you use search, but I'll tell ya anyway. The only one that'll work that has a tach is one from a 90-91 Si. The 88-89 ones are different, so you'd have to swap the plastic housing and modify the wiring to make one of those work.

90-91 SE's(special edition) will fit too,

jw, is there an SE in the US?? if not, i'd understand why noone ever lists them, but if they are, why does noone ever include them??

No, there's definitely not a SE in the US. I just got a center taillight piece that says CIVIC Special Edition, and I wanted to know more about them. What's special about em? Out of the STD, DX, and Si, which are they closest to? Can you list anything you know of that's extra or different from the other models?

they're closest to the DX,
-they have the same 1.5L engine as the DX
-painted(body colored) bumpers
-painted(body colored) mirrors
-tach
-different from the center console to the radio/climate console
- say special edition on the reflector thing
- special edition on the bottom of the doors
- i think they have a big better suspension, not totally sure though
-amber signal lights instead of clear with orange bulb like some other civics
- rear wiper

ummm... cant think of anything else at the moment. I'm like the only one here with one though
