Default DC2R warm up times

Hey guys my car usually takes about 20 minutes to get to normal operating temperature (1/4 on the temp gauge, heater not on, revving to about 3.5k) but it never gets to half way like my civic. I wanna know what toher R owners are like to see if R's naturally run cool.
PS when i put the heater on and the temp guage is still at the bottom it still blows out hot air.
Thanks

the itr supose to run normal temps just lil bit before the midle of the gauge, when i bought mine i was running pretty cold (like 1/4 or less) , replace the thermostat and now it's back to normal.

sounds like you have a bad thermostat. Pretty common for them to go out. luckly, it is only a ~20 dollar part from honda.

I would bet on this also, as the normal operating temp is almost half way of the gauge!! Or you have a faulty thermostat or one that opens sooner... I would check this out ASAP!
