Default what head on LS(B18B) block for turbo

I have an LS bottom but no head. I need a head and want to know what my best choice is. i dont want a vtec head because of the high compression and they are pricey.
so far i think my choices are:

* B18A head - i dont know if that will work and what the compression will be
* B18B
* B20 - also dont know if that will work and what the comression will be.

which will be my best choice for compression, availability and price

the B18b and B20 heads are identical, compression will be stock. Dunno about the B18a (OBD 1, sensors ? etc)

I would just stick with the B18B head. If you didn't want turbo, you could go with the B16A or B18C head. Well, you could do that even if you plan to go turbo, but you would definitely have to get some lower comp. pistons for reliability's sake. The LS VTEC with a turbo will run you too much money to get everything running right and reliable.

i also agree with goin with the b18b head. upgrading the valvetrain and possibly a good p&p job it would be a good idea, too.
