I'm trying to take off the plastic clip on the back of the oil sender, but it won't come off, I don't know how to get it off, is there something I'm missing? Please help me out, any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It just pulls off.

 

dood...pull your oil filter off and get a good hand on it and rip the hell out of it. Thats all there is too it.

 

Careful, that wire rips out of the rubber thing real easy.

 

the plastic cover slides off, if you want to take off the wire, use a small phillips head or a 1/4" socket i believe.
