no, mounting screws. Its is a real good replica lip, I just don't have a need for it.

my friend has that one, I think he bought it from jdm car boy.. he ended up having to use self tapping screws cause the tape would not hold it up.. The one that i have i bought from a shop down in san diego, fitment looks to be perfect and it uses mounting taps and screws to hold it on.
