looking for somebody local who can take a look and fix my car

92 civic vx with a ex/si motor. the ecu was reading a code 41, o2 sensor but now it wont evenread. its pretty much the 4 wire to 5 wire issue. its causing the car to have a rough start and a high idle. its hacked up by the sensor and i do not want to touch it (im a total idiot when it comes to electrical).
