Yonaka is entry level, bottom of the barrel as far as product line goes.

It's your ride quality, you make the choice

 

I would put it below that.

That much money for coilovers I've never even heard of? Below the bottom of the barrel. Underneath the barrel.

 

^^ ha ha, well, i used to sell the line....it is "very" cheap stuff, so i speak from experience. Sorry, not trying to sound like i know everything, but i haven't been impressed with them

 

They look cool but they probably are junk since you never hear anything about them

I love my function and form type 1's, ride quality is excellent as well as handling plus the price fits the budget

 

thanks guys same seller has the function and from type 1s for $749 i think ? i don't want to go super low just a mild drop mostly just want to replace my worn out stockers coilovers might be a bad idea here anyway if they corroded i woundn't be able to adjust them anyway ..

 

I bought mine from weksos and got a free pair of blox lcas for 630 plus shipping but that was months ago
Btw with the type ones you could slam you car if you wanted, I have my rear's all the way up almost and the fronts half and it sill tucks about 3/4 inch of my tires lol

 

HAHA. This thread is hilarious. I love how multiple people without any experience with the product would call Yonaka coilovers junk and then in the same paragraph say the F&F type 1's are awesome.

I'll let you guys in on a dirty little secret. Take a close look at the Yonaka coilovers and the F&F coilovers side by side. You'll notice that they are identical. You know why? Because they are from the same factory. The only difference is the color of the paint.

Don't believe me? Go ahead, hold them side by side and look carefully at the markings. Heck, even check out the box and packaging that they come in.

Sometime you find great information on this forum. Other times, people love to give advice when they really don't know what they are talking about.

Shop around. Whichever brand one you can find cheapest between the two, that's what you should go with. Because the product is exactly the same.

 

I've had first hand experience with yonaka products and they have all been junky crappy made imitations of other brand name products. Look alike yes, but that's were the similarities end. Deff not made with the same quality standards as the big boys. Also if your actually associated with street imports I bought a h22 to civic motor swap package from you about two years ago and the yonaka swap mounts that came with them were crap and couldn't even be used because of there awful construction.

And those are just the "Honda" feedbacks that left detailed descriptions about the coilovers. There are dozens more, hundreds if you count other car models.

We've probably sold 100+ sets of these Yonaka EG/DC coilovers over the years. And again, just for the record, Yonaka had been selling this suspension since 2002, about 4 years before Form & Function even opened for business. So if you think they "copied" F&F, I'd love to hear your explanation for that one.
