i just bought a 1991 civic four door lx with a jdm b16 in it and need help as to why i dont have anything working except headlights, tail lights, speedo, and corner lights. I have checked out my fuses and relays and they seem to be fine i also went and bought another main dash wiring harness what could be my problem before i tear the dash off and replace the wiring harness.....any ideas would be great thank you

 

You checked all your fuses underhood and inside? Did you shoot wiring into the fuses? I would do that first and go from there. See if you are getting power to the fuse with a test light, then go back from there.

 

oki so if the test light idea fails what would be the problem then would it be a wiring issue???

 

if you check the power at the fuse and there is no power then start tracing the wiring back. There may be a ground lose or completly gone.
