To start the car is a 96 CX with a Y7 in it, it is also OBD1.

So when I was driving home my temp gauge was bouncing from hot to cold, I turned my heat up and pulled over. Check all fluids, fuses, reset the ECU, everything was fine. But now when I try to start it only the fan comes on, no fuel or starter. I dont think its a battery issue because everything runs but that.

If you could help at all it'd be great

 

Was your fan hotwired..?? Sound's like an electrical problem...

 

No the fan is not hot wired, I just have no idea where to start.

 

Smell coolant at all..??

 

No coolent levels were fine and both hoses where hot so I do not think the thermo is bad.

 

hmmm, sounds like a short to me...
