Default H22 timing belt walking off??

I just noticed but for some reason my timing belt keeps working its way as far over as it can before it gets stopped by the valve cover.
Setup: Skunk2 cam gears, and removed balance shaft.

Anyone know what could cause this?

Did you forget the big washers on the crank? They go on either side of the lower timing gear
