Default Not getting Fuel?

Car 88 Civic DX
Motor D15B2
DPFI OBD0

So on friday my car stalled out on the freeway, few minutes later got it started, didnt think much of it, maybe i poped my clutch and flooded it.

Yesterday my car wouldnt start after driving it less then 3 miles for lunch, after about 10 minutes it started back up, and died about 3 blocks later.. The whole time it was turning over. The timing belt is still good.

after another 25 minutes it decided it was ready to start back up got it to work, pulled off the distributor cap it looked good, popped off the plug wires and tested for spark there was spark, and i took off the air filter was def getting air, So next was the fuel pump. I turned the car to the on position and listened to it. Poped the pressure releif valve off the fuel filter watched as gas spewed out after turning car to on position.

Next i tore off the fuel filter and blew into it, wasnt very free flowing so i went and replaced it thinking that would fix the problem.

Started the car up everything was working great, let the car idle and warm up a bit before i drove it to make sure it was driveable. Wasnt... bout 15 mins later the car died, on the side of the road. I then went out and thought maybe i put filter hoses on wrong sides, changed them car wouldnt start, so i put them back the right way, started up this time (15-20 minutes later) and drove for a good 5-6 miles totaly fine, started to go up a hill it bogged out started to feel like clutch was slipping pulled over, started to do same thing, so i had it tow roped home...

Today i went out and tightend the fuel lines thinking maybe it was leaking as there was a small amount of gas on the outside of it.. car started up perfectly, took it for a spin to "test drive" it, ran great idle was lower the usually and sounded like it was running very smoothly why would i be here if this was the reason?

Got the car home let it sit idling to see if it would die, about 5 minutes later it was dead...

so this time since it was home i figured id go trying new things out, pulled off what i think is the FPR and i couldnt blow air into any of the 3 sides, is it possible for this to be bad? or is that normal?

also was thinking maybe its the main relay, seems car runs perfect when its cold... till it gets to the operating temperature? couldnt find it tho, ive replaced this in a DA integra and a acura legend (friends/family cars)

Please all help would be great as this is my personal transportation to work.

I'll see if I can holp!

This is a 22 yr old car, it may just need a new fuel pump. I don't know if there is a way to check the fuel pump by measuring the resistance? Seems like the ignition side is working properly
