EMRA time trials. Info anyone?
Just wondering what people think of EMRA and the time trials they run? I'm not ready for anykind of wheel to wheel racing and this sounds to me just like an autocross on the track. Are they a good organization? Do they run safe and orderly events?

Why dont you drive up to Pocono tomorrow and check them out?
Look for a red hatch with "whte" wheels...

BTW, I am not one to criticize other clubs, but if I was a novice I would NOT pick them as my 1st track experience....just my opinion, but there are plenty of other clubs that cater more to n00bs than EMRA does.
If you feel comfortable on a track allready and know what you're doing than they are fine.

I'm not a novice, I'm up to group 3 with NASA/Ohio. I kind of figured it's not so much geared toward instruction but to someone with track experience. After going on the site the problem I'm having is with the car classification. They do not seem very hybrid friendly.
