Icon5 WTB: 94-95 VX hatchback $6k 4 OEM white one.

Paying up to $6000, or a finders fee (leading to purchase) for: 1994 or 1995 OEM white civic VX hatchback.

Ok first of I'm looking for a mint or near mint VX, I DO NOT WANT YOUR SWAP or beater/project car! The closer to OEM showroom condition the more I'm willing to pay.

List of must:
original D15Z1
OEM frost white (no repaints) paint doesn't have to be nice just original.
Clean title (no salvaged or stolen titles) & And not from rust belt states.
Working A/C

Would like but NOT must:
VX rim's (no aftermarket! other OEM Honda's would be ok)
OEM ride height
OEM interior
OEM mirrors
OEM roll up windows
OEM radio
OEM exhaust
No tint on window.

Ideal candidate would be driven by old person that has no idea the car is used by kids to drop swaps into! I doubt its out there but giving it a shot. (I'm keeping it OEM)

Where you live does not matter I'll fly to you but I'm in NoCal.
I also have silver 100% 03 civic SI with 90k miles if interested in trade, if not I have to much cash and must spend it!

Yeah don't give up, I was looking for a white SI few years back when I was living in FL. I looked for two and a half years before I found one in AL, was originally a GA car. It was far from mint but at least it was 100% OEM intact, down to the hubcaps! Everything worked and it made it back to FL just fine. Have to say it was a journey looking for it though. If you know anything about FL hatchbacks they are the second worst abused next to "rust belt specials." In FL puerto ricens own them and take shortcuts doing everything so they are BEAT TO HELL. I must have looked at 80 HB and 70 were owned by PR that took some kind of short cut, my personal favorite is the swap with a welded in motor mount, or the wire harness dangling at your feet!

Now I live on the west coast and I see nice, near mint cars driving around all the time. My only guess is because they have Asian's over here, that actually take care of their cars they are lasting longer? I'm not sure yet, only been here 6 months

never give up. It took me two years searching just to find what I want. What I want was a 92'-95' EG hatchback Si...completely stock or near completely stock. I don't like changed motor car as you don't know the condition and milage. At the end, I found it. Found it about 2.5 hrs. driving distance away from me which is good. As soon as I found it, I check/ordered a car fax record and call the owner right away and stop by the next day to test drive the car and pop up the hook....it was completely stock. I bought the car right away knowing what I just bought is hard to find and who knows for how long before I can find one again. I still have it today and still love it. Every one in town asked me to sell it to them for the price I paid...and i told them that that will be my car for a long time...and probably will not sell it away. I have only put in a full cat back exhaust (WS2) and Skunk2 short shifter along with shift ****. (oh..yeah, I even bought a set of Sprint Hart Dunlop CP-R for my car...I love those wheels...and I know a lot of people love them as well...) perfectly match for my hatchback Si blue.

Hope you'll find what you're looking for. Email me and if I do find anything close to what you're looking for, i'll let you know. I love searching for cars even when I have what I want...I just want to know what is selling out there and at what price.

Whats the reason youll only take a 94-95? Just wondering. I have a very clean 92 white vx.

The only difference I can think of is that the 94-95 hatches have painted vents on the front bumper and the 92-93's don't. Other than that I believe everything else is the same. Does your car have a clean title? Is everything original? Has it ever been in an accident or had any repaints? I'm in the market for a clean white VX as well but the 92 that I checked out had too many miles. Email me at d3chang@sbcglobal.net if you're serious about selling yours. I have cash in hand.

If car has A/C it has new freon, duel airbags, different sticker placement, vtec-e valve cover, and a few other minor things.

No interest in a DX what so ever.

Car has way to many mods and looks to been driven by some kid that changed all kinds of parts. What a shame...

Hey HatchbackSqueegee,

Any luck in your search? I just saw a white 95 VX in NorCal posted on craigslist yesterday for $2,000! Original everything with 130,000 original miles and AC! Original paint too, however there was a dent on the hood and fender. I emailed him and have not heard back so I'm assuming he sold it. Good luck in your search...I'm also hoping to find a minty one.

As of yet nothing. I'm not scouring as hard as I was few weeks ago but I am still looking. I've turned my attention to making my swapped si CA legal. I'll be bringing it here in a few months.
(but I am still looking!)

Hey bud my brother just bought a ford diesel and is no longer driving his 93 white civic vx in 95425 Cloverdale CA. His car is 100% stock. Though there is a dent on the front bumper and the drivers door. It would also need to be repainted to be considered clean. If you would be willing to fix those things it would be a great project or dd. I'm sure he would sell it for a steal!
