CRX D15B VTEC SMOG RESULTS
Argh, I didn't pass. I'm running a P08 ECU, brand new CAT and just did the wires and plugs. Here are my results.
IDLE SPEED CO 13.56% Greater than 1.20%
HIGH SPEED CO 13.68% Greater than 1.20%
IDLE SPEED HC 1990 Greater than 220 parts per million
HIGH SPEED HC 2081 Greater than 220 parts per million
The guy said my fuel mixture was off and that it was probably due to my cam or ignition timing, and that I might want to do a tune up. I wanted to ask the experts here and see if I could get some advice. Now, I know some of you are going to tell me to search the whole forums, which I will do. However, I'm sure every case is different and I just wanted to get some help kinda fast. Anyway, thank you for your help in advance.

I've heard that, and I've heard different. One of the main guys at a local shop told me I should be ok with a brand new CAT. I'm in Vegas BTW, so I think it's a bit different than say, California. Thanks for your response.

I live in Henderson NV and my JDM GSR passes smog and I have seen lots of hondas with swaps here in Vegas. Last time I got it done I didn't even have my charcaol can and they passed me.
