how to pull out del sol center vent?

I am talking about the one above the climate control.

just pop it out with a flat head screwdriver. i had mine out when i did my satelite radio install, very easy

I'm pretty sure it has a screw holding it in. The left and right moving vent screens pop loose and you can pull them out to get at the screw with a bent screw driver. Just be careful because after you pop out the vents they tend to slide back down the smooth vent channel.
