what ET can i expect from a b16 in a 88hf stock??

IMO 14.7...

 

I can say from hearing other people that have B16's that you will do mid 14's to mid 15's, anything in that neighborhood.

 

mid to high 14s stock

 

I think it also depends on the tire you are using as well as clutch, and your own driving experience.

 

Depends on alot of things: How good of shape the motor is in, what tranny you used with your swap, driving ablity as well. Most ppl I know are running 15.0 as low as 14.8 with a fully stock b16. And with I/H/E should improve maybe 1-3 tenths of a second faster. And this is just what I have seen with several of my friends cars. But I have heard of one bone stock running a 14.5 so who knows all depends.

 

I'd say high 14's full interior. Mine ran 14.4 but it was gutted with I/H/E. Mine will run a 13 tomorrow with I/H/E but my car has been on a SERIOUS diet...

 

I would say low 15s w/no mods, mid to high 14's with I/H/E and the general easy mods.

 

My 1988 DX runs about 14.8 with full interior, i/h/e, and 205/50/15 tires.
