Removing Civic Floor Harness *HELP*

I'm going to pick up a floor harness from a ej coupe tomorrow. Do I need to remove the dash? Or do i just unplug the harness from behind the fuse panel? I need to find out ASAP!

Panel tool and/or flat screw driver.
