is it Posible to put an D16 from a Vtec engine Manifold on a D15 (1.5 Dxi) engine?.

Either way, yes you can but it may require some wiring depending upon the year model of the parts.

 

sorry forgot, I'm talking about the Intake manifold,

from a Civic Ex 94 D16 Vtec
to Civic DXi 93 D15

what changes will it reqire?.

 

is the Gasket on D16 and D15 the Same?.

Everything should be the same. Only difference may be the location of the MAP sensor.

 

so it's just a "Plug n Play"?,

is the map sensor location is a problem?,

 

It should be plug & play.

The map sensor wires might need to be extended, but maybe not.

what do you mean?.

 

the manifold should work but just make sure where the coolant that runs through the manifold into the head isnt leaking. sometimes they are different shapes and end up leaking. you cant put a z6 manifold on a y8 . but im using a y8 manifold on my z6 and its fine.

 

are there should be more ajustments besides the "plug N play" ?.
or just to remove the old one and put the D16 new ?.
any elctronic\pc ajustments? .

what are the throttle sizes on those 2? .
