I don't if anyone can help or not, but I have some questions. I'll start with just one. My daughter has a 93 Prelude that slung a rod. Long story short...she and my ex had someone to supposedly fix the car. They had it for 4 months....ended up putting a Vtech out of a 2000 Accord into the car, but didn't quite finish it. The car runs good but won't shift into 5th gear. I have found a sensor on the side of tranny towards rear of car that has two wires dangling from it. I'm assuming they need to go somewhere, but I don't have a clue where. Can anyone help? I've always worked on my own cars, but don't have a clue about Hondas. I personally drive a 2000 Jaguar and a 2006 GMC truck. Honda is totally foreign to me. I'd love to just take it to someone, but being in the construction business, money is extremely tight in this economy. Please help!
