Default Black day in Argentina, broke valves please any help would be accepted

Hi guys, today is a really sad day for me, I broke my beloved b16,

I even split of my ex-wife because of the car.

I will tell you my history
yesterday I was in 4th gear rpm aprox 7500/8000, put 5th gear and engine stopped without any noise at all

today I started checking basic things.. and timming belt was real loose, I think that belt tensioner got loose and went out of timming

conclusion, I checked spark plugs and number 3 cilider has spark broken.. so.. valve broken.
I dont know yet if pistons are ok

but I can´t express how sad I am, I would comit.

I need to get my engine fixed, so valves, what should I do? replace with oem???
please tell me everything you can, but please remember it is a daily driver car

if anyone nows how to get valves for cheap it will be apreciated

Upgrade them to skunk2, supertech, ferrea.. as for anything else, i would remove the head, and while the head is being cleaned, worked and installing the new valves, remove the pistons , if they aren't damage by some hand of God, you should be fine, if not, upgrade your pistons too..
Look into RS, Supertech or some newer forged pistons.

I had a hard time with my EX with my old integra too, but i wouldn't have split up with her over it, i had got yelled at from time to time about spending "too" much money on the car, but that comes with the terrority ... You gotta learn to balance.. otherwise you shouldn't be in the hobby/game of this..

Sounds like you may have some bottom end damage...
Pull the head and take pics...Broken spark plugs is a very bad sign...
I think OEM valves are fine for 90% of the builds out there...
Dont worry about it man, engines are like women and women are like engines.
Both can be replaced. It might be time to put a BIG engine in there!
