I bought this car back in 2005 completely stock with just under 70,000 miles. It currently has approx 132,000 miles although the cluster shows a little over 141,000 because the cluster was out of a 1994 vx civic and I did not swap the odometers. At around 100,000 the original motor was swapped at a local shop by Steve and Randy at Import Sports for an imported Jdm H22 engine. At that time a new timing belt, water pump, plugs, wires, cap/rotor was replaced. After two years I decided to go with a Peakboost turbo kit. Around 125,000 miles I installed a peak boost turbo kit and had the car base tuned by Joe at Tempest Racing. The car is in great shape for its age and as been kept in a car port for the past few years. Oil changes every 3,000 with mobile 1. The car has always been kept clean and never abused. I ran the car at the track a five passes on the stock h22 and have only made five track passes since boosting the car. This car made 400hp when it was at Tempest. I have never had any issues with the motor or anything for that matter with this car. For the past two years I have only driven the car on weekends sometimes going a month or two with out driving at all.
All in all the only reason I'm selling is because I do not want to put anymore money into this car and I don't drive it as much as it should. The car is really ready for its next upgrade which would be a built motor and more boost. Email me with any questions you have about the car.
