Default Cutting endtanks

Is there a way to cut the endtanks without getting a lot of shavings/dust into the core?
I was thinking of just cutting it with and letting gravity keep it out....but I doubt it works 100%.

Or what is a safe way to clean it out after the fact?

X2 or a blow gun in the opposite end. A little air flow will keep the chips out.

I am guessing you guys use a decent band saw to cut the tanks pretty square?
