you need to remove the hubs and have them pressed out correctly, don't be tempted to hammer them out.

you can hammer them out with out messing them up ive done it before. the trick is to go buy a tourch and a 5 piece punch set from lowes( runs about $20 total) heat them up for 5 mins or so, and tap them out. very easy to do. If they dont come out the first time, put more heat to them.

The rears dont need to be pressed out, just the front. When taking the old studs out just tap them with a hammer. Installing them you can just pull them in snug by tightening the lug nuts on.

Now would be the time to install disk brakes if you are thinking about it...

ive been wanting too, but i just dont have the time for the swap right now. But all i really need to do with the drums is just to tske off the drum itself and than just tap it out? i know with disc brakes(rear) u just spin the rotor till it comes to the open area and u just hammer it out, one by one.....is it similar with the drum brakes?

Im not sure, its been awhile since ive seen a drum brake setup. I do know that you can unbolt the axle nut and just pull the hub/bearing out if there isnt an opening to knock the old stud out.

the real question is why are you installing extended studs? unless you are using thick wheel spacers or they are required for track purposes, there is no point. you are going to spend a bunch of time on a pointless mod.

as mentioned above you can easily unbolt the rear hubs but the front will require the hubs to be pressed which means you will also probably need new bearings
