where can i buy a TPS for a 90 Civic DX 1.5 5-speed?
I had the same problem. That's one of the few things I don't like that Honda did. Riveting the TPS to the throttle body. Unfortunately they are not available unless you buy the whole thing. So my remedy is (what I did) go to a junkyard like the others said. It cost me $50 which is a lot cheaper than a new throttle body.
IIRC, you can buy the tps separately from a Honda motorcycle dealer. You'll just need to do a little research first, as to which one to buy.
Or you can try here. http://www.hondapartsunlimited.com/

These guys are great, I've used them numerous times. And they always come through.

I have one for Dual point TB. All you need to do is cut top of rivets off with dremel tool, and screw in new one that works. You have to set sensor to right position at close and wide open throttle using volt meter. You can have TPS for $20 shipped or $30 for whole throttle body I have lying around. LMK
