Default Hydraulic throw out bearing vs Slave Cylinder and Fork

I seen this setup on an integra .. never knew they made setups like this..

well i want to kno a couple of questions

1 - What is the purpose of the hydraulic throwout bearing? less shift time? better use of the clutch?

2. would this be comfortable for a daily driver?

3. Maintenance ? harder than the whole stock setup?

4 Any write ups?

5 would this benefit me in my autocross setup since im building my vehicle as a weekend warrior but more on the race ready side less on the daily basically im building it as closer to a daily monster than a comfy daily car.
