Sounds like an Airplane inside my Honda - Vent issue?

Sounds like an Airplane inside my Honda - Vent issue?
Here's the scoop.
1999 Honda Accord EX 125K
I started my car today, and tried putting the fan on with no ac, my ac is not working.. I turned the dial to cold air and pressed the button for feet and face... all of a sudden I hear a wooshing sound with a knocking sound coming from the passenger side, lower area, under the glove compartment... I switch to windshield vent, and the only air coming out is from the passenger side, no matter what button I pressed. Its soo loud and sounds like an airplane's propellar inside.
Any thoughts?
