Congrats to CPL Racing, first in the UK in the 9's

Just got word from CPL that they broke into the 9's today in their EP3, 9.91 @ 149. Nobody had done it yet in the UK and they've been working hard to be the first. Congrats guys, now the pressure is off and you can focus on making the changes necessary to break the next barrier!

None that I know of, but no street hondas at all had done it in the UK.

I'm sure Guy will post some pics and details later on. The car is really clean.

Thats awesome.. first import I've seen with the dp coming out of the fender. Alot of the 10.5 outlaw and extreme drag radial guys are building the exhausts out the fenders in hopes to keep the front end down.. I'm not sure how effective it is but its a thought.

Well done Guy, taken a while and been extremely frustrating but the perseverance has finally paid off, would love to have seen this as your face was a picture when you nailed the fastest UK time, catch up with you at the next HKS event.
For those who think 9's in a FWD car is old hat take it from me this is a major achievement in the UK, the track doesn't give back to the car easily, Guy's car would be a consistent 9 second car on many of the US tracks.

But you really should stop claiming to have the quickest Honda in Europe. That is just not true and really unprofessional.
