ef rear disc swap hub bearing issue!
i swapped rear discs from a 99 gsr (or so i was told they came from) onto my 90 civic dx hatch. now theyve been working great until lately when im hearing a bearing moaning on the highway. sure enough pass side is wobbly. i buy 2 complete hubs for a 99 gsr. well i go to install em and the drivers side fits no problem buut the pass side is too large for the spindle! wtf? do the 90-93 tegs have diff size hub bearings? maybe the drivers side trailing arm is 90-93 and the pass is 94-01? this sucks
probably not the answer your looking for, but i see nobody has yet replied. this is what i would do.
i do not know the answer to that question. but if i were u, id go to the parts store (advanced autoparts, autozone, napa) and ask them to start pulling bearings out and inspecting each of them and see whats the difference first hand. and if this isnt your daily driver, u can go ahead and bring in your old bearings and a micrometer (digital ones are very cheap nowadays) and see which ones you actually have. good luck dude

your assumptions are probably right. I know DA EF have larger RTA bushing than 92+ hondas..... so i would not be surprised at all if the DA wheel bearing is also larger.
