Will lowering springs from a Acura Vigor fit on a 2001 Prelude? and how about the shocks?

The springs are a maybe. The shocks are a no.

Why? It's not tough to find suspension pieces made for the car.

sorry, i have a buddy with a extra set of eibach springs from a Vigor and just wanted to see if it'd fit on my Prelude

Don't put suspension pieces from another car on yours.....springs aren't that expensive

Best way to find out is try. The Vigor is heavier so it's unlikely you'll overload the spring. As long as the ends are the proper size they'll probably fit. Not sure if you'll like the height and ride quality though

i agree.. the vigor is only 300lbs heavier than the 5th gen so I would imagine the the spring rates are pretty damn close.
