Default Poor Man's type R build Help.

I'm having problems with my Poor Man's type R build. It is blowing white smoke bad. I replaced the Head Gasket twice and I have torqued the head to specs. I looked in the dip stick and it is watery. I drained the oil and can tell there's oil to coolant mixture. Where I'm stuck at is I replaced the head gasket and Head assuming they were the problem. I did a Compression check and I have 212psi across the boards. I'm also getting a O2 sensor code. Also when I rev the car, it'll rev the drop instantly to 1000 rpm, but the motor will continue revving. If anybody can help. It'd be appreciated.

Car- 1999 Civic DX with OBD2B-OBD1 JUMPER WITH P28 ECU WITH CROME.

Can that be the problem even though I have good compression?

How long has the engine been running? Miles?

We need to know more about the engine. Be very specific.

How does the RPM drop to 1k and still rev?

It is a freshly built motor. I have not yet driven it since the smoke is overwhelming. It's a B18C1 engine with B16 P30 Pistons, with a JDM b16 head with BC4 cams. About the revving part. I would rev the motor and look at my tach. The motor would continue to rev, but the needle would drop and indicate 1k.

i had the same problem too and i check everything, head gasket and head change and looking at the block, but it was my intake manifold, it had a crack on the corner of the side of the coolent side where water runs into the head, and i had extra gasket leftover on the manifold soo it was leaking bad, replace the manifold and everthing went good agian...

That was one thing I suspected, because i have a aftermarket OBX intake manifold and the coolant corner is square while the side that runs into the head is round. Plus the gasket did not match up. Plus I also have a aftermarket TB.
