I sent him money for some parts and a few hours ago I tried to PM him and his name said " B A N N E D" also tried to email him w/ the paypal address but it said it was invalid.

Isn't the paypal address suppose to be one of your email addresses?

I called PP and they said they couldn't do anything...called CC comp and they said I gotta call back tomorrow when the transaction goes through on my account.
