in need of help with wire issue

i swapped a b18b1 in my civic ex and drove fine for a month and took it out in the rain and now it wont start..any ideas

no all the relays are good n **** it just isnt getting power inside the car to get fuel pumpin in,windows sun roof,and blinkers

Check for blown fuses under the hood and dash.
