plus 89 octane at cheveron. improved performance?
I switched to 89 octane plus fuel at cheveron. It seemed to make my car shake less and seem to run a bit better. (i have a 92 accord ex)
Also, does changing the timing belt and timing settings improve performance? seemed to improve mine.. and shift easier.

They recommend changing out the front end (timing belt, etc.) at 90,000 miles I believe. After that I don't know. I had to do it to mine.
do a search, the members here have discussed this topic to death.
Bottom line is, if you want to do it and it makes you feel better to dump in more at the pump then do it. It's all you since it's your car.
