I need good ideas of where to mount a vafc in a 00 si. Pics would be great. I wwwant it real clean and convenient.

Glove box. If any thief gets a peep at that you can consider it his along with anything else he desires in your car. Maybe even your car.

 

So is the wire just one clip that's fairly easy to undo?

 

yeah you just pull the clip out.

I like that mounting spot up there it looks pretty good. What about under the stereo in that compartment has anybody done that

 

it won't fit without modification (of the dash area)

 

 

I have mine up there too People cant see it when they look into your car, no one really notices it until they sit in the car. If i want to hide it i just take a vinyl sunglass case thats really close to the grey of my interior and slip it over it.

 

 

I'm thinking of putting mine where the OEM cd player is (the lower part of th ecenter console) that way I can just flip the cup holder lid up to hide it....

how do you see behind you? side mirrors are not good enough...
